Jade D. Davis serves as President & CEO of BRITE Energy Innovators, Ohio’s only energy technology incubator, where he leads efforts to accelerate the commercialization of energy storage, grid modernization, and clean-tech solutions across the Midwest. Under his leadership, BRITE is expanding its statewide presence, strengthening partnerships between innovators, utilities, investors, and manufacturers, and positioning Ohio as a national hub for advanced energy entrepreneurship. Jade brings nearly two decades of experience in guiding corporations, nonprofits, and civic institutions through complex regulatory and policy environments. Jade is the co-owner of Thornton Buckeye Group (TBG), a firm specializing in public affairs and government relations, and he has served in executive roles at the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO), the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity, and the Port of Cleveland. He is an alumnus of the College of Wooster and the Harvard Business School.
