A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I have led initiatives that reduced customer complaints by more than 20% year over year while implementing global standards including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 14001, and ISO 17025. Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about student development and STEM education. I have volunteered as a judge for the Northeast Ohio Science and Engineering Fair and district science fairs for more than eight years and serve as an advisor to Music4Connections, a student volunteer performing group bringing music to senior homes and hospitals. I also serve on the CES board, supporting the launch of its first high school chapter to help students gain exposure and hands-on experience in the professional STEM world.
