As Chief Executive Officer of Team NEO, Matt Dolan is dedicated to driving economic growth and prosperity across Northeast Ohio. Drawing on a career spanning law, business, and government, he focuses on strengthening the region’s competitiveness through business attraction and retention, supply-chain development, innovation, and site preparedness. Previously, Matt served in the Ohio House of Representatives and Ohio State Senate, chairing the Finance Committee in both chambers and helping shape key economic development tools, tax reform, and infrastructure investments. A Northeast Ohio native, he also brings private-sector leadership experience and holds a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.
