Lily Liang is a global quality leader with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing quality, supplier development, and quality management systems, with expertise in APQP/PPAP and new product development. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she has led initiatives that reduced customer complaints by more than 20% year over year while implementing global standards including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 14001, and ISO 17025. Beyond her professional work, she is passionate about student development and STEM education. Lily has volunteered as a judge for the Northeast Ohio Science and Engineering Fair and district science fairs for more than eight years and serve as an advisor to Music4Connections, a student volunteer performing group bringing music to senior homes and hospitals. She also serves on the CES board, supporting the launch of its first high school chapter to help students gain exposure and hands-on experience in the professional STEM world.
