Kevin Poncel is a retired United States Army veteran with 24 years of distinguished service, including over 13 years of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) operations and extensive leadership & mentorship experience.

Today, he serves as Chief Operating Officer of Ohio Drone Repair, a veteran-operated drone service and repair company based in Akron, Ohio. In this role, Kevin oversees technical diagnostics, administrative management, human resources, financial oversight, public safety partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives. 

Under his leadership, the company continues to build a strong reputation for integrity, professionalism, and innovation while serving public safety agencies and individual drone enthusiasts alike. He brings the same mission-focused discipline, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence from his military career into his entrepreneurial work, combining a passion for technology, teamwork, and community service.
