Howard's core responsibilities include leading business development opportunities for Manufacturing Works members. Howard has an extensive background in municipal economic development projects. He has managed projects for domestic and international trade alliances, and was awarded the President' E (Exporter Award) by the US Department of Commerce. Howard works under the motto of dedication, determination and dam hard work. He has a Master's Degree of Public Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's Degree from Bowling Green State University.
