A new year creates a natural opportunity to look ahead, make new connections and consider what we might approach differently. WovenSmart proposes a professionally facilitated, interactive experience designed to bring members of Cleveland Engineering Society and Women in Manufacturing together for anevening of meaningful connection, fresh perspective and collaborative thinking.
Rather than a traditional networking event built primarily around introductions and businesscard exchanges, Beyond the Handshake uses small-group stations, guided conversation and an accessible creative thinking experience to help participants connect more naturally and engage with one another beyond titles and roles.
The January experience will incorporate a New Year theme centered on new perspectives, new connections and new possibilities, giving participants an opportunity to consider what they want to bring forward into 2027 while learning from the experiences and perspectives of others.
