CES StaffDawn ClarkAs the Executive Director, Dawn develops and implements an operational plan to successfully achieve the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors. Dawn ensures that the programs and services offered by the organization contribute to the organization's mission and reflect the priorities of the Board which include making CES the premiere membership organization for engineering, science & technology in the Northeast Ohio region. In addition to the strong focus on member benefits, programs and growth, Dawn also oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization. Dawn’s personal mission is to create strong and lasting relationships with members, sponsors and the community. Dawn joined CES in October 2007.Tuwhanna L. LewisAs the associate director, Tuwhanna is responsible for facilitating activities for the Build Up Greater Cleveland (BUGC) Division. Her responsibilities also include coordinating a CES signature program, the Leadership Breakfast Series. Additionally, she provides support to the executive director with the day-to-day operations of the organization; program development and management; as well as establishing new member relationships and other collaborative initiatives. Tuwhanna joined CES in August 2006.Lori MarlowAs program manager, Lori is responsible for growing the CES signature program the new faces of engineering RoadShow through collaboration with industry and educational professionals; growing division and committee involvement, including building a new young professionals and women’s division; continuing to build CES’ two annual award-winning conferences; and coordinating the annual meeting, annual golf outing, and recruitment initiatives. Lori will also add programs and events that meet the current needs of our members and the community. Lori joined CES in May 2008.Meghan DonovanMeghan serves as the Cleveland Engineering Society’s administrative coordinator. Her responsibilities involve day-to-day administrative tasks; registering attendees for and providing support at conferences and other events; serving as the point of contact for the member newsletter, Prospectus; assisting with development of marketing materials; and developing and maintaining the member database. Meghan joined the CES staff in October 2006. |
