Student members can attend and participate in all CES programs and activities. They receive deeply discounted student rates, are entitled to FREE resume posting but do not have voting rights.

Event DISCOUNTS
Individual members receive discounted rates for all programs, conferences, courses and events: includes two major conferences - Design & Construction conference & tradeshow and Fall Engineering Extravaganza, the Leadership Breakfast Series and Behind the Scenes Tours.

Professional Development Credits
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours are associated with CES educational conferences, courses and programs. CES offers a sufficient number of such programs to fulfill the annual CPD requirement.
Review courses are offered each spring and fall to prepare professionals for the Fundamentals of Engineering (F.E.) and Professional Engineer (P.E.) license exams. Members receive discount rates. All qualified attendees receive CPD certificates.

The Prospectus
Members receive a FREE subscription to Prospectus, the bimonthly e-newsletter. It features information on members, CES events, current industry topics, and news on regional technical events. The newsletter is distributed via email and is accessible in the Members Only section of the website. Email copies are available on request to ALL employees of member organizations.

Members are entitled to post their resume, at no charge, on the CES Career Resources web page which is accessible to any employer interested in top notch engineering and technical talent.

Scholarships
CES holds an annual scholarship competition. The child or legal ward of a CES member is eligible to apply. $1,000 scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis to an academically qualified, graduating high school senior who has been accepted at a two or four year institution and who intends to pursue a career in the field of engineering or the life sciences. Applicants must have participated in extracurricular activities as well as demonstrating academic excellence.
