-BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering Required
-Minimum of 5-8 years related engineering experience
-Proficient with 3-D CAD for mechanical designs and customer layout approvals
-Proficient with MS Office as well as SAP
-Knowledge of robotics, automated welding systems, pneumatics, and fabrication principles are preferred
-Knowledge of various arc welding, cutting processes and procedures are preferred
-Ability to work with all levels of organization and customers
-Ability to lead others and willing to travel 10% of time

-Perform work as a Mechanical Engineer in the Automation Division, involved with the integration and application of robots for welding and cutting processes
-Develop systems including robots, tooling, and positioning equipment
-Evaluate robot systems for quality improvements and cost reductions
-Implement design changes and product enhancements as needed
-Interact with customers during all phases of the design process, as well as, during post-sale completion
-Handle SAP Bill-of-Material project management duties
-Primary contact for customer buy-off of pre-engineered and custom systems
