Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily set up, operation and output of the shop(s) to which they are assigned.

Duties:

Responsible for setup of production runs per work instructions, practices, SOP’s and policies. Example; locate and supply parts, manage sequences of operation, and complete personnel assignments.

Responsible for the quality of production produced in assigned work areas. This includes the authority to initiate and stop production runs as output is measured for technical and quality requirements.

Responsible for documenting non-conformances and recommending and/or implementing corrective actions.

Must have the technical capabilities to perform equipment set up, scheduled maintenance, lead a repair team, and assist with assembly improvements or upgrades.

Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, to include stock keeping, clean up, etc.
